This Privacy Policy explains what information ValleyStats collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, brokerage, license number, and any custom report title or disclaimer text you provide.
Uploaded images: your headshot and brokerage logo, used to brand the reports you generate.
Usage data: the reports and filters you generate, for billing, support, and improving the Service.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — only a Stripe customer/subscription reference.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and provide the Service, including generating your reports;
To process payments and manage subscriptions;
To communicate with you about your account, billing, or Service changes;
To maintain security and prevent abuse of the Service.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following providers to operate ValleyStats, each of which processes data on our behalf:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage;
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone outside these operational providers except as required by law.

4. Listing Data

Market listing data used to generate reports is sourced from the Intermountain MLS (IMLS) and is not personal information about you or your clients — it reflects publicly listed real estate activity.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your account and past report history unless you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You can review and update your profile information at any time from the Profile page. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the information below.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
